CAST NYLON RANGE
Type Description
Natural
 An unfilled cast nylon used in brushing and food contact applications.
Moly Filled
 A solid lubricant-filled self-lubricating nylon. It has a low co-efficient of friction and good dimensional stability.
Oil Filled
 A liquid-filled cast nylon, operating at higher speeds and loads than the moly-filled nylons.
Red SL
 A wax-filled nylon with internal lubrication, good wearing properties and high load bearing.
Blue HS
 A cast nylon with anti-oxidant for high temperature operations, good for wheels and brushes exposed to 120°C
 
Cast nylons are used in applications to replace certain non-ferrous metals and wood. They can be machined into the desired shape as well as cut with acetylene.
